Vintage Vivienne Westwood Fall Winter 1993/94 elevated ghillie heels, as seen on the runway. Made famous by Naomi Campbell, who wore the super elevated ghillie heels and infamously fell over on the runway. Features a 5 inch heel, platform base, croc embossed leather & pink ribbon. Never been worn, in brand new condition.
